Our return and refund policy is simple:

  • If there are any faults or defects with the items ordered, or if you are not happy with the products, we will exchange the items for you for free or offer you a full refund.


  • If the sizing is not correct, we will also offer a free exchange for a size that does fit. If there are no sizes left in stock that fit, we will offer a full refund or exchange for another item in the shop.


  • The above policy holds for all Return / Refund requests made within 7 days of you receiving the items. However, our main objective is to make sure that you get what you’re looking for, and therefore if you’re not able to submit a return / refund request within the 7 day period, we do ask that you still contact us so that we may assess your situation and help out accordingly.
